Terms of use
Last updated September 21, 2026
Wayloom is a travel itinerary app run by an independent developer. By creating an account or using Wayloom you agree to these terms. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
The service
- Wayloom is free and still being built. Features may change, and it may be unavailable at times.
- Wayloom shows what you or your bookings tell it. Always check times, gates and details with the airline, hotel or other provider; Wayloom is not responsible for missed connections or changed plans.
- When you ask Wayloom to create plans from a booking email or document, an AI service reads it; documents you attach to a plan are only stored. The plans it proposes can be wrong or incomplete; check each one before you add it. Import only documents you are allowed to share, and at most 20 a day.
- If Wayloom ever stops, you will be told by email in advance, with time to save your documents.
Your account and content
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- What you add stays yours. You allow Wayloom to store, process and show it to you only as needed to run the service.
- Only upload content you have the right to keep, and nothing illegal or harmful.
- An AI assistant you connect acts in your account with the access you gave it, so what it does counts as done by you. Disconnect any you no longer use in Settings → Connected apps.
- Don't misuse Wayloom: no attempts to access other accounts, overload the service or get around its limits.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or deleted.
No warranty
Wayloom is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from using Wayloom.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Important changes are announced by email before they apply; using Wayloom afterwards means you accept them.
